All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment via credit/debit cards (online) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to inaccuracies in product information or pricing.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or violation of these terms.

You may opt out by contacting us before completing your purchase, but we hope you’ll join us in making a difference!
